Every order is packed by hand and treated like a piece of our own collection. Here's everything you need to know before yours arrives.
UK shipping options
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid plants sitting in transit over a weekend.

Fully tracked with carrier updates. Best for hardy specimens and accessories.
Express tracked
From £9.99
1–2 working days
Recommended for rare or delicate plants, especially in colder months.

Free on orders over £75

Automatically applied at checkout when your order total exceeds £75.
Dispatch days
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Wednesday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on Thursday are dispatched the following Monday.
We do not dispatch on Fridays, weekends, or UK bank holidays. This protects your plants from spending unnecessary time in a carrier depot over the weekend.

Live plant care in transit
Shipping live plants requires more than a box and some bubble wrap. Here's how we keep them healthy on the journey to you.
Pre-shipment watering
Plants are watered 24–48 hours before dispatch — hydrated enough for transit, but not so wet that roots sit in moisture during the journey.
Temperature protection
In colder months (October–March) we include heat packs where appropriate and use insulated liners to protect tropical specimens from cold shock.
Secure packing
Each plant is individually wrapped, staked if needed, and nestled firmly so it cannot shift during transit. Pots are sealed to prevent soil spillage.
Acclimatisation on arrival
When your plant arrives, unbox it promptly, remove all packaging, and place it in bright indirect light for 48–72 hours before resuming your normal care routine.
Our packaging promise
We're committed to keeping our packaging as eco-friendly as possible. That means biodegradable tape, recycled cardboard, and plastic-free void fill wherever we can manage it.
Our 3D printed moss poles and hardware ship in the same box as your plant, nestled securely alongside it. No separate deliveries, no extra packaging waste.
